DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT
between Stryker Orthopedics and CrossLink Life Sciences
This Distribution Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of January 1, 2024 (the "Effective Date"), by and between Stryker Orthopedics, a division of Stryker Corporation ("Stryker"), and CrossLink Life Sciences, Inc., a Georgia corporation ("Distributor").

1.1 "Account Party" means Stryker Orthopedics (Southeast Region), a business unit of Stryker Corporation responsible for sales and distribution in the states of Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, and South Carolina.
